I am trying to verify an ancestor of mine, Julia Redmond, born around 1872 around Usher's Quay. I believe she married Francis Byrne. Can anyone help?

Bryan,
Don’t know if it’s the right family, but there’s a marriage for Julia Redmond, born c 1871, to Patrick Byrne on 31.10.1892. Her address was Merchant Quay and her father was Thomas, a clerk. See:
This appears to be them in 1901:

Patrick born in Montreal, Canada, Julia in Co. Tip, (not Dublin) so that doesn’t fit with your information about birth in Dublin.
1911 census:

Hi, Myles Brady here, I agree with you on the marriage, but not on the 01 and 11 census. It appears that the Patrick became or was a Christopher Byrne and died before the census of 01. Julia is back with her mother at 12 Ushers Quay with 2 children also in 1911. The Patrick and Julia you mention was a Julia Nevin, Id love to be able to put up links like you do but I cant. The two children were Maryjane 1896 and Christey 1897. I didnt find the baptisms for them but they may have been bapt. in St. Pauls . Best
