Tallaght Heritage Walk 2019

When: Wednesday, 4 September, 2019

The Tallaght Heritage Walk organised by Tallaght Community Council (TCC), is an annual 10km walk that takes place in Tallaght to mark Heritage Week 2019. Participants from all over County Dublin attend – including walkers from Glasnevin and Walkinstown.

Irish Famine Exhibition Dublin

When: Monday, 15 April, 2019

The Irish Potato Famine was the most catastrophic event in Ireland's turbulent history. It is also regarded as being one of the worst Famines in history (deaths as a proportion to population). An exhibition commemorating the Irish Famine will be open from April to October in the centre of Dublin in the Stephen's Green Shopping Centre.
