So excited to see a post from someone with ancestors from Toomour. I am the direct descendant of Honoria Nangle, born 1810. She is one of five siblings who emigrated to the US between the mid to late 1840's. One sibling, Thomas Nangle stayed in Boston; the other four all emigrated to southwestern Wisconsin (Grant County) I have no records to prove Honoria and her siblings were born in Toomour but when one sibling, James Nangle died in Wisconsin is 1880, his probate records identify his father as Michael Nangle of Muhry, Toomour, Sligo.
