Ann's parents were Peter Loughran and Mary Monaghan. Her siblings were Mary Loughran (1868- ), Patrick Loughran (1869-1957), Bridget Loughran (1870-1957), Margaret Loughran (1874 - ), Marry (Minnie) Loughran (1876 - ), and Joseph Patrick Loughran (1878 - 1957).
She immigrated to Philadelphia prior to Feb 1884. She married James Loughran at St Patrick's Church on 24 Feb 1884, in Philadelphia, PA.
Ann and James had 8 children: Mary (1885-1887); David Aloysius (1886-1961), my grandfather; Robert (1888-1888); James Aloysius (1889-1979); John Loughran (1890-1891); an unnamed daughter (1893-1893); Joseph James (1894-1950); and Teresa (1896-1906).
