Ann Marie Delaney was born about 1838 in County Laois. This information is included in the Catholic baptismal record of one of her 14 documented children.
She married William Maloy (of County Galway) about 1855. It is unclear if she married in Ireland or in the United States, but I have record of a daughter being born in the U.S. in 1856.
The William Maloy and Ann Delaney family lived in and around Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where Ann died sometime after 1889, when this photo was taken. I can find no evidence of her on the 1900 U.S. Federal Census.
