Bridget Coyne was married to Patrick Lydon. They lived in Townland of Moyard in Civil parish of Ballynakill in Galway, Ireland. They were parents to Catherine Lydon Coyne and Jane Lydon who moved to America and to John and Michael Lydon who remained in Ireland. John died in Townland of Ungwee in 1936. Bridget and Patrick left Ireland in 1869 with their daughter, Jane, and her new husband, Thomas Thornton, who married in Renvyle in August 1869. They settled in Marcellus, NY with other connected families from Ballynakill.
