My great grandmother. Married James Barry in Ireland but have found no record. Do have birth records of 3 children born in Ireland and baptized at St. Patrick's RC in Cork. Immigrated to US (Virginia) between 1850-55, as next four children all born in Virgina. By 1900 the family had moved to Brooklyn, New York. James is listed as a ship's carpenter on the early census in Virginia.
Possibly had two sisters, Hannah and Margaret who were listed as sponsors on baptismal records. Have contacted St. Patrick's for additional information on marriage, but no reply so don't know if they have any additional records.
Can trace most of the family here in US with marriages and deaths. Ancestry.com gives me a link to possible parents from Boherbue but have no way of confirming.
