Catherine is my GG mother born in Cork circa 1832 - 1835 to Denis and Ellen O'Regan or Regan. Catherine immigrated to the USA (date unknown) and was living in San Mateo in the 1870 California Census with her husband and two children. She married Cornelius Cronin in Californa in the 1860's. They continue to travel and arrived in New Zealand between 1871 and 1877 settling in Dunedin. She had two children born in San Mateo - Stephen Denison (b. 1869) and Cornelius Cronin (B.1871).

My great grandfather was Charles Regan from Bandon, Cork, born circa 1876. His son, my grandad is called Denis, born early 1900s. All Cork and Ross district.
