This is my great great grandfather born in Aghderg, Armagh in 1825. He married Mary Jane McKeown and had two children with her. He then became a Widower and married again to Elizabeth (Eliza) Boyd and he had two children with her. He lived in a house in Dan's Row, lower Ravenhill Road, Belfast. His father was called John McCann and his wife may have been called either Mary or Alice. Charles four children were named John, Hiram, Annie McCann and I am not sure of the name of the fourth child. As far as I am aware the name of the other child was named John McCann. So he must have had a son with Mary Jane McKewon named John and his second wife Elizabeth Boyd he also had another son named John. Charles McCann was a Cobbler - he died at 80 Ravenhill Road in 1894.
