Condy Breslin was born about 1813 in Killybegs, County Donegal, Ireland. He married Winifred Unity Gallagher about 1832 in the Killybegs area. His wife and 2 children (Peter and Catherine) migrated to Qubec in 1839 or 1840. We don't know if Condy died in County Donegal or in Quebec but his wife is listed as widowed in Sept. 1841.
