Migrated to/Born in USA
Dr. George Lemons & his wife Nancy Jeffreys lived in Keady, County Armagh. As far as I know all of their 9 children migrated, 8 of them to Arkansas in the United States in the 1840's. Nancy died about 1844. Dr. George Lemons migrated in about 1845 with the last of the younger children, but he died on the ship on the way to America. I would like to know more about the Lemons family in County Armagh & can share information on the children & their families that came to America.
