I don't know much about Neil Ancestry other than Elizabeth married Thomas Rice in 1836 Co Offaly, on my Great Grandfather' William Rice Baptisms recound the names Tomas and Elizabeth Neil appear so I don't know if her parents or siblings as William's godparents
