Ellen was the youngest of the 8 children of JOSEPH DONOGHUE and Nora SHEA. She went to Portmagee Nationa School across the hill a 3 mile trip each way. She never married and lived with her brother Jack until her death on May 6th 1936.
She was buried in Keel with her parents, brother Jack and sisters Bridget and Kate.
