Hello. My 2X great granparents were from County Cavan. My 2X great grandfather was George Crummy. I can find six baptismal records for his children from Drumgoon, the Parish of Kilmore. He emigrated to USA about 1847 or so. His last child born in Ireland named Ann was baptized there on April 25, 1846. I do not have an exact date of birth. From the USA 1855 census, I see that he listed his birth year as 1810. I would just like to have his information on your website. It is so important for us to remember our ancestors and where we came from. He was a shoemaker.
