Earliest known Mulleady was James who was the father of Catherine Melody 1854 , Anne Melody 1856 and James Martin Melody 1857 all baptised at Killinvoy, Rahara and Kilmeane Parish; St John's Church. All three children emigrated to Chicago, Illinois late 1870's.
Mother of the chilfren was Maria Killian daughter of Patrick K and Margaretea Kelly. No melody's found in Griffiths in this parish.
