She is my 2nd Great-Grandmother;
Born abt 1844 in Tipperary. (I found a Baptism 28 Mar 1844 Drangan Parish, Tipperary: Father: John Callannan Mother: Mary Darmoody and am looking for proof that this is my Johanna.)
A brother James Callannan born in Ireland in 1856 shows up on a US Census with the cummings Family in 1875. Have been unable to locate his birth or baptism record.

Married to Edward Commons/Cummings, abt. 1861. Edward was also born in Tipperary abt 1845 arriving in US in 1851 at age 6

I found Edward Cummings and Johanna Callannan-Cummings residing in Schenectady in 1867, where they stayed until death. On one of the children's applications for a social security card his mother's maiden name is listed as Callaghan.
