Thankyou Tom - I did not have the record of the baptism of James  but I have his sister Mary and also the marriage record as per Ancestry and Find My Past.  I was under the impression that all the Cashel and Emly records were available via both these sites.  I am glad you showed me this.  I don't think there were any more children other than Mary, Patrick and James who may have died before they left Ireland as the death certificates in Australia list the children and their ages or whether they are deceased.
