Ancestry of this man and related lines can be seen on Family Tree (familysearch.org). John Frederick Langford's father was Richard Langford, born about 1792 in Barragh, Carlow. Richard's father was William Langford born about 1762 in Barragh. William's father was Richard Langford born about 1719 (based on age at death), presumably in England.
The Richard born 1719 had a brother Simon, and a little of Simon's descendancy can be seen on Family Tree as well.
