John Grealish was born in 1821 in Carnmore, Co Galway into a large family of 11 children. He married to Bridget Greaney in Lackagh Galway in 1864. He had a Shop on Shop st or Williamson street Galway city, of which he was living at in 1851. John and Briget had 8 children. John died in Galway city in dec 1901. The picture is apparently of John, his brother and wife when he visited his brother in Boston, USA
