Maybe another John Knox as John was noted as age 40 on his marriage in 1846) John married Margaret (Peggy) Justice or Justin on 10 February 1846 in Dromara County Down. John died in 1861.(Not sure about this maybe another John Knox) His son John emigrated to New Zealand in December 1871. Margaret and her 6 other children emigrated to New Zealand in 1874. Daughter Margaret married Robert Aicken in New Zealand 1875.
Interested in the Knox family location (Dromara?), occupations, and any other details. Who was the breadwinner between 1861 and 1874?
