John Mea born about 1795 in Co. Longford. Emigrated to USA (New York State) sometime after 1825 and before 1850. Settled in the town of Waddington, NY and died there 1870. Their son, Thomas born about 1821 in Co. Longford is my grandfatherx2. Thomas eventually settled in Smiths falls, Ontario, Canada, married Alice Ruth Morgan 1852, died 1893. Seeking Mea information.
