John Wilson & wife Mary nee Farry b. abt 1810 - 2 sons bap in Skreen and Dromard 1836 & 1839. 2 earlier sons, John 1932 & Michael 1836, prob born in the Skreen area. By 1844 they were in Ballysadare where daughter mary was born, also a daughter Margaret.
John and family lived at Lugarry townland and after his death the Wilson family continued to live theri untill the 20th century. They lived next door to a family with surname Black. They appear in the tithe records. Some of their Wilson descendants descendants still live locally. Thier daughter Mary married Martin Conroy in 1863 and by 1865 they had moved to County Durham, England.
