Marcella Davis (or Davie?) married in 1848 and migrated from Ireland to New York, USA around 1850 with her new husband, Peter Boyd. The couple settled in Rosendale, Ulster County, New York and had nine children there. Their last daughter, Catherine is my gggrandmother.
