Margaret Durning (1889-1989) was my grandmother. She was the daughter of John Durning (1848-1907) and Margery Carr (1853-1901). Sister of Mary, Ellen,Rose, Daniel and Fannie. Married John McGinley from High Glen, Donegal in Philadelphia. Mother of John, Marjorie (Sister Edith, DOC), Daniel, Mary, Joseph (my dad), Teresa (Sister Mary Jerome, DOC), and Eddie (died at age 3).
