Possible that she was one of 60 girls chosen from Roscrea workhouse. She was described as 17 years old, a house servant, Roman Catholic and could read. thanks for that info, i actually have that, and i believe she came from a Tipperary workhouse, as Roscrea on the ancestry doc is a mistake, and on the doc it just says Tipperary. Person above was from Roscrea, so the transcriber made a mistake!
