Margaret was baptized in Innishannon, County Cork. She married James Madden circa 1852. They had 6 children: Henry (1854); Jeremiah (1856); John (1859); Margaret (1860); Bridget (1866); and, Eliza (1869).
She emigrated to Boston, Massachusetts, USA at some point, but I have no record of this. She died in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts on 29 April 1901. Her death certificate lists 'Rheumatism & Mitral Stenosis'. She is buried at the Mt. Benedict Cemetery in West Roxbury, MA.
