there are catholic church records available on this site. Since your family events occurred after the mid 1860s when catholics were finally allowed to keep records again you have find a lot.
Also the civil birth death and marriage records can be searched on this site also
While searching used "Clifden" a the site as Ballynakill parish is also in the district of Clifden which will help narrow down the records.

I'm looking for information on my grandfather, Martin Mahon b 1900 in Derrygoolin to Thomas Mahon b1859 and Anne Cleary b1864. I know ( I think I know) that Thomas' parents were James ( Thomas) Mahon b and Julia Hogan 1832-1904. Thomas died in 1904 from TB and Anne Cleary remarried Thomas McNamara.
