Mary Ann married James Killough/Kellough about 1817.  They emigrated to Canada about 1834 and settled in Ramsay Township, Lanark County, Ontario, Canada.  Mary Ann died there on the 21 Jan 1871.  She and James had a family of at least 8 children.
