Mary Ann Sheehan was born in 1836 in County Cork, Ireland. Her parents were Denis Sheehan born 1805 Boherbue County Cork ( Labourer ) and Mary Ann Rahilly born 1806
a brother Denis Sheehan born 1835 and a sister Cathe Sheehan born 1840. I am sure there are other member s of the family but I have not been able to find them as yet
Mary Ann arrived in Australia on 14/04/1857 on the ship "Sabrina" from Southhampton, England in 1857. She was a Catholic woman aged 21 from County Cork Ireland and she could read but not write. She was a house maid.
Mary Ann married Thomas Wilson in Jan 6 1858 in Williamstown Victoria, Australia when she was 22 years old
