I am trying to help a friend out with his effort to find his Grandfather's Birth/Baptism notification for Michael J. McGrath (1882-1951). Michael was the son of Michael McGrath and Margaret Kelly who were both from County Clare and County Galway. I was able to find NLI records for his brother Patrick (b 6 Feb 1879) and John (b 1880), however the NLI records stopped at the end of 1880, and it doesn't look like there are any entries going forward for 1882. Would anyone in this group have any idea where we can look or who he can contact for the baptism record? If anyone has any family history that would be a plus as well. He does have a letter after his Uncle Patrick passed in 1952 and there were issues with the ownership of the farm but that's all he knows. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
