Patrick J. Burns (or Beirne) was born on March 5, 1869. His father was John Burns/Beirne (born circa 1850) and his mother was Anne Feehily (born circa 1852). I believe they were from County Roscommon, Kilgefin Parish.
He married Anna Byrne in 1893 and emigrated to Chicago in 1896. They had three children during their marriage, Mary Burns (1895-1978) who married Cornelius DeWit, Edward Burns (b. 1897-1991) and Julia Veronica Burns (1899-1992) who married Walter Dillon. Julia Burns Dillon is my great-grandmother.
Patrick Burns/Beirne died on March 22, 1926, in Chicago, Illinois, at the age of 57.
