Migrated to/Born in USA

I am trying to find Patrick Joseph McCabe's place of birth. What I have for him is County Meath, but I don't know how to find baptismal records and therefore his PARENTS. I would most love to find his parents and any siblings he had.

He immigrated to Savannah, GA, USA, around 1860. His dates are March 17, 1840, to Dec. 7, 1897. He married Annie Gallager, who also had immigrated to Savannah. Her dates are June 7, 1850, to April 5, 1925. She was born in Ireland and immigrated around 1863 when she was 13 and came to Savannah, GA, on a cattle boat as an indentured servant. She worked several years as such for the Levett family in Savannah. Patrick McCabe was a mounted policeman in Savannah, and apparently joined the police force soon after he immigrated from Ireland. He served on the side of the Confederacy in the US Civil War from 1861 to 1865 with the Irish Jasper Greens, a National Guard Unit in Savannah. Patrick and Annie had seven children that lived, and six more children that died very young from yellow fever, during an epidemic of that disease in Savannah. Patrick died of consumption and is buried in the Bonaventure Cemetary in Savannah. Annie is buried alongside him. Their seven children are Edward Francis McCabe, Catherine Veronica McCabe Mendel, Michael Aloysius McCabe, Mary Agnes McCabe Zealy, James E. McCabe, Alice McCabe Gallagher, and Joseph Patrick McCabe.
