Philip Clarke was born around 1844 and was the son of Patrick Clarke. Philip Clarke married Mary McAloon born around 1852 to Patrick McAloon and Margaret Maguaran. Philip and Mary married on February 15, 1874. They had 12 children. Mary Ann 11/13/1874, John 11/29/1876, Pat 5/31/1877, James 2/23/1879, Margaret or Margarette 3/9/1881, Bridget 4/1/1883, Philip 6/23/1884, Agnes DOB unnone, Susan 12/1/1886, Pat 3/27/1889, Thomas DOB unnone, Bernard 7/10/1892. Bernard is my grandfather. There are 2 Pat's so I'm guessing the first one, must have passed away. On most of the siblings birth records it list Bawnboy Swanlinbar Cavan or Aghnucally / Auchnakelly. I got all the birth records from Irish Genealogy web site. In the Ireland 1901census some of the family is listed at living at Achnakelly / Aghaucally Tiercahoin Cavan house 11. Also in the 1911 census in the same house Mary Clarke is listed as a widow with sons Philip, Patrick, and Bernard living there. I know the parish they were from is Kinawaly and the diocese was Kilmore, the reg. district was Bawnboy Swanlinbar Cavan. Many of the siblings immigrated to the United States and I have gotten records of their lives once they came over. Any I information on the Clarke's or McAloon's would greatly appreciated.
