Robert Goold or Gould, 4th son of Robert Goold & his wife Frances Irwin.
He married countrywoman Mary Ann Armstrong in 1862, at Castlemaine, Victoria, Australia
They had 3 children:- Robert Creighton, Thomas William Ormston & Chrissy Fanny Armstrong
He emigrated to Victoria in the 1850's and was admitted to theYarra Bend Asylum and died there in 1887.
Robert escaped from the Asylum on the 16th Apr 1867 and made back to Castlemaine.
