Migrated to /Born in Canada
Came to Canada from Ireland with his father and sister around 1846. Family history and some records have him born in Armagh, but two records show him born in Frévant, France. His father fought in the Napoleonic Wars and his mother seems to have accompanied his father to France. I know nothing of her, seemingly she died in Ireland before the family emigrated.
