He was a Brigadier General in the Batallon de San Patricio. He lived in Redlands, CA for a short time with my grandparents. His parents are Don Samuel Roberto Kelly and Josefa Cano Robles.
I am trying to trace from the paternal family from Mexico back to Ireland roots.
