Goggerty seems to have been recorded as Gugerty / Gugherty in 1826. In the parish of Nobber, they can be found only the adjoining townlands of College and Cregg just north of Nobber at that time. Later, at the time of Griffith's Valuation, a Michael Goggherty is recorded at Cregg, and Elizabeth Gogherty at College.
Bailey (Báille) may also turn up as Bayley or Bailie.
On 15-Apr-1772, a Rose Baily of Julianstown, Catholic, died (which confirms the Bailys were in the parish, just south of Nobber). No 1824 Nobber tithe record for Baily. However, Bayley/ Baily do appear in other parishes in Co. Meath
