Thomas Connor was born on 11 Dec 1895 in Eyrecourt, Portumna, Galway.

Thomas served in The Leinster Regiment, 1st Battalion, during WW1.

Thomas married Margaret "Maggie" Monaghan in Portumna in 1921.  Margaret's father: John Monaghan

Thomas and Margaret moved to Dublin and at some point circa 1940s lived in Keogh's Square, Inchicore.    The known children all had the surname "O'Connor" as follows:

Patrick "Paddy", Albert, Seamus "Jimmy', Eva, Connie, Michael, Joseph "Joe"
