Looking for any information on the Maher family of Roscommon, Ireland. This we are told is Thomas Maher, he stayed behind in Ireland with his wife, while their children went to American in 1849-1850.
His wife was Mary (possibly Maria) Nealon. Their children were Michael born 1821, Thomas H. born 1825, and Margaret born 1835.
