Thomas Murphy born 1823 Wexford Ireland to Denis Murphy and his wife Bridget (Cleary). Thomas arrived in Australia before November 1857 and Married Mary Nolan also from Wexford and the daughter of Patrick Nolan and his wife Anne (Leary). Thomas took up land in Arthurs Creek, Victoria and named his property Streamville.
I found the Tithe Applotment for a Denis Murphy at Colespitt and West ? which is not far from Streamville in Wexford, but nothing more. Thomas did very well for himself in Australia and had 3 sons and a daughter.
