Moved to St. Pancras, London after the death of wife Ellen (Curran) and son William O'Donnell in 1922. Spent some time in the workhouse in St. Pancras, London in 1926 with children Christine and Michael. Several of his other children settled in the same area: Elizabeth (aka Christina) around 1918/19, John, Patrick, Johanna, Christina, Bridget, Ellie (Helen). Eldest daughter Mary moved to Fishguard, Pembrokeshire, Wales in 1914/15. Daughter Elizabeth moved to Exmouth, Devon in 1939 after the evacuation of her 2 youngest daughters. She remained there for the rest of her life. Eldest son James may have remained in Carrick.
