Place of migration
Migrated to/Born in Australia

Timothy was sentenced to imprisonment in Australia 1835. His wife Ellen Waters and six children immigrated to Canada with her brothers as she was apparently unsure of Timothy's fate. On 12 July 1825 Timothy is mentioned in a  newspaper article regarding a riot in Cloughjordan. Then his trial in 1834 is again mentioned in the newspaper with him and a few other men charged with house breaking, stealing a gun and tithe books. The break in occurred near Cloughjordan. A brother is mentioned and his name was likely John and according to a witness he bore a resemblance to his brother Timothy. Since Timothy is twice mentioned in the Cloughjordan area, I presume he lived in Cloughjordan or in close proximity.
