William Henry Kelly was the son of Charles Edward Kelly and Anne Alexander Manifold. He was born in Dunganstown, Wicklow, Ireland. He married Sarah Frances Suches in 1901. During this time he and Sarah lived William's mother. By 1911 he was considered the head of household with Sarah and his mother living with him at 28 Parnnell Place, Harold's Cross, Dublin, Ireland. He died at this same place and was buried at Mt. Jerome Cemetery, Harold’s Cross, Dublin. There is no record of any children born to William and Sarah.
