Harbour View was another residence of the Ronayne Family in Ardsallagh, Co. Waterford, part of the same estate as Ardsallagh House. Newspapers from January 1811 report the death of "Mrs. Ronayne, wife of Philip Ronayne, Esq." here. It was subsequently occupied by both Maurice Ronayne and Charles Ronayne (who appears in the Tithe Applotments), although it's not clear if these were sons or other relatives of Philip and his wife. In the mid 1840s the property was occupied by Thomas Dennehy, a member of the Youghal Board of Guardians and Coroner. He was succeeded both in residence and occupation by his son Henry Thomas Dennehy, Ownership of the house after Henry is unclear, but it appears to have passed through a branch of the Power family which is no surprise as the Ronaynes, Dennehys and Powers of the area were quite involved with one another through business and marriage. In later years it came into the hands of the MacDonald family who ran a travel agency in the nearby town of Youghal. In May 2020 the house was demolished to make way for new construction.
