This house is now the MacDonagh Musuem.

The property was the home of the MacDonagh family for a time in the late 1800's.

Thomas's mother taught the piano here to local children and the piano is now preseved and part of the wonderful collection of historical artefacts that tell the story of our most famous son, poet, educator and patriot, Thomas MacDonagh who signed the Irish Proclamation in 1916 and was excuted on May 3rd 1916.
