The Ormond Hotel is located on the north side of the river Liffey in Dublin's city centre.
The hotel was originally located at number 8 Upper Ormond Quay but was later expanded to encompass a large portion of the quay from number 7 to 11.
The hotel features in James Joyce's Ulysses as the setting for Episode 11: Sirens.
The site is currently the subject of controversy as it is in the process of a large scale redevelopment.
