The memorial to the Rev. Thomas H. Burbage is located in the civil parish of Geashill in County Offaly.
The memorial was erected in 1935 and is constructed of limestone.
The inscription, which is presented in both English and Irish, reads, "In Memory of very Rev. Thomas H. Burbage PP, Priest and Patriot Curate, 1916-1924, RIP, Erected in Recognition of his Active Participation in the Fight for Freedom.
