Rock of Cashel

The Rock of Cashel is an important archaeological site that provides stunning views out across the Golden Vale. It is also known as St. Patrick's Rock as it was thought that St. Patrick converted Aenghus, the King of Munster at that site. The buildings there date from the 12th and 13th Century.
