The Scott Mausoleum is located in the Church of Ireland graveyard off the Labasheeda road in Killadysert, Co. Clare.
The Mausoleum was constructed in 1837 in the Neo-Egyptian style. It consists of a free standing, single-bay, single-storey, columned temple-style building.
The inscription on the Mausoleum reads, "A.D. 1837 erected by John Bindon Scott of Cahercon and John Scott of Crevagh to the memories of their fathers also for themselves and posterity"
