Seaview House is located in the civil parish of Drumkay in County Wicklow.
The house was built around the year 1800 in a simple Georgian style.
The house consists of two storeys with an attic.
An extension was put in place around the year 1860.
Renovations were undertaken around the year 1890.
It is generally believed that the house was used as a school in the early part of the 19th century.
Seaview Hosue is maintained to an excellent standard and still retains much of its original fabric.
The house is still in use today as a private residential property.
